Finley was first seen walking past the Gift Shop in Higher Lands at 11:55 (#147). He got onto the Skyline carriage in this zone at 12:02 but left at the second stop after realising he was being followed (#126, #136). The second stop starting at Higher Lands is Water Works. Following his exit from the Skyline Station, a witness saw Finley leaving Water Works using the South entrance around 12:15 (#156).

As Finley had not purchased a ticket that allows him to access Zoo-o-Logic (#124, #173) and undercover officers saw Finley walking past Photo Point 6 at 12:15 (#135), we know that he left Water Works walking North along Zoo Lane. Finley could not walk past the junction between Lookout Corner and Zoo Lane due to a road block (#189) so would have entered Fantasia Land.

After entering Fantasia Land, Finley was seen at 12:22 on CCTV walking past the ATM machine (#148). As the Smile-Go-Round is closed (#181) and the seating area wouldn’t give Finley sufficient cover to hide (#172), we know that Finley is hiding in the Hotdog Restaurant in Fantasia Land.
