A visitor to the park reported that his navy coat, wallet and phone (#66) had been taken from his locker (#34). Since the lockers near the main entrance are closed for refurbishment (#114), this incident must have occurred at the lockers in Dino Land. Finley was confirmed to have been in this building at 14:10 (#8).

Following the incident at the lockers CCTV confirms that a man wearing a navy coat was seen walking near Dino Dig at 14:14 (#54). Five minutes later a navy jacket, suspected to be the stolen article, was found on the path between Dino Land and The Pavilion (#92). Finley is believed to be the thief of this jacket.

As the three paths North of the lake are closed (#80) and Finley hasn’t been on the Skyline (#15), he must be hiding somewhere in The Pavilion. An undercover officer at The Pavilion Stage confirmed that Finley hasn’t entered this building or been on the Runaway or The Seesaw (#47). We also know that he cannot enter The Pavilion Theatre (#20) or WC (#109) as they are currently closed to the public.

Since the four food outlets in The Pavilion are closed (#53) Finley must be hiding in the Arcade in The Pavilion.
