CHALLENGE 11

Mrs Miggins first spotted Finley on the Skyline at 10:01 (#96). A few minutes later an anonymous tip was received stating that Finley was still on the Skyline traveling East (#10). He got off of the carriage a few minutes later (#97). As undercover officers state that Finley did not get off the Skyline at Magical Woods or The Pavilion (#49) (#64), we know that he left using the station at Water Works.

Following the last sighting Wonderland closed both bridges (#106). As Finley cannot leave Water Works using Lookout Bridge and CCTV confirms that Finley has not passed the crossroads between Water Works and Zoo-o-Logic (#52), we know that he is hiding somewhere in Water Works.

Finley cannot hide in either of the food outlets as there has been a delay in food shipments (#19) and he has not purchased coffee (#78). DNA reports also confirm that Finley has not entered the arcade (#28). As the WC buildings are closed for a deep clean (#90) and the Log Flume is closed due to maintenance (#40), Finley must be hiding in Splash Down in Water Works.
