CCTV on the ATM confirmed that Finley passed here at 16:00 (#98). Since all food outlets are closed until tomorrow (#53), we can eliminate the donut stall, the burger restaurant and the pizza restaurant (#53).
As Finley cannot hide in The Kingdom (#51) or in the WC building (#18), we know that Finley is on the Smile-Go-Round in Fantasia Land.
