Finley purchased ticket #45687 from the Wonderland website (#22) and used this ticket to enter the locker building (#102). As the lockers near the main entrance are closed for refurbishment (#114), Finley could have only used the lockers in Dino Land.

Finley was spotted at the entrance to Dino Land at 10:10 (#2) and was chased for a short distance over Parade Bridge (#58). As he did not pass the fountain on Adventure Lane (#13) and a blockade was setup at Photo Point 4 (#70), he must have entered Haunted Hills. We know that he is still in this zone as he has not passed any ATMs, such as the one at the South entrance to Haunted Hills (#50).

By eliminating the seating areas (#23), the three rides (#95), the burger restaurant (#32) and the WC (#46), we know that Finley is hiding in the Pizza restaurant in Haunted Hills.
